Delegation from St. Petersburg State University of Economics Visits Our College for Cooperation and Exchange 
On the morning of November 10, a delegation from St. Petersburg State University of Economics, Russia, led by Vice President for International Relations Dmitry Vasilenko and Director of the Department of International Cooperation Oleg Zolotokrylin, visited our college. The delegation conducted research and exchanged views on topics related to discipline and program development, as well as the Digital Economy program (Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education). Attending the symposium were Liu Xiaobing, Deputy Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange; Professor Zhang Liguo, Dean; Zou Chunfa, Party Secretary; Yuan Cuiping, Deputy Party Secretary; Professor Li Guomin, Vice Dean; Professor Zeng Yongming, Vice Dean; and Guo Yunyun, Director of Academic Affairs. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Liu Xiaobing. Dean Zhang Liguo and Deputy Director Liu Xiaobing extended warm welcomes on behalf of the university and the college respectively, expressing full affirmation of the long-standing cooperative relationship between the two institutions. During the subsequent discussions, both parties engaged in systematic and in-depth exchanges on multiple key issues concerning the Digital Economy (Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education) program. Specific topics included: - Curriculum system construction and optimization - Dynamic revision mechanisms for training plans - Seamless arrangements for student study abroad in Russia - Exploration of diversified training models - Project promotion and enrollment strategies - Selection and teaching implementation of Russian faculty members The exchange proved pragmatic and productive, yielding preliminary consensus on multiple specific matters and laying a solid foundation for subsequent teaching organization, faculty allocation, and cooperative management of the program. Both parties expressed shared anticipation for the continued advancement of the Digital Economy (Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education) program and their commitment to jointly elevate educational exchange and cooperation between China and Russia to new heights.
